Rigrodsky & Long, P.A. announced that a class action lawsuit has been
filed
in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland on
behalf
of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired the stock
of
Human Genome Sciences, Inc. (HGS) between July 20, 2009 and November 11,
2010, inclusive, including those persons who purchased their shares
pursuant
and/or traceable to the Company’s July 28, 2009 and December 2, 2009
public offerings, and alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act
of
1934. The Complaint names HGS, certain of the Company’s directors and
officers, and GlaxoSmithKline plc as defendants. The Complaint alleges
that
during the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading
statements regarding BENLYSTA. Specifically, defendants failed to
disclose
and/or misrepresented that there was an association of suicide with
patients
in the BENLYSTA clinical trials. In anticipation of a November 16, 2010
U.S
. Food and Drug Administration Advisory Committee Meeting regarding
BENLYSTA
, on November 12, 2010, the FDA posted its briefing documents and

The law firm of Izard Nobel LLP announced that a lawsuit seeking class
action status has been filed in the United States District Court for the
District of Maryland on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of
Human
Genome Sciences between July 20, 2009 and November 11, 2010, inclusive.
Also
included are those who acquired shares in the July 28, 2009 public
offering
at $14 per share and in the December 2, 2009 public offering at $26.75.
The
Complaint charges that HGSI and certain of its officers and directors
violated federal securities laws by issuing false and misleading
statements
concerning Benlysta(R) (belimumab), HGSI's potential new drug for the
treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, a chronic, life-threatening
autoimmune disease. Specifically, the Complaint alleges that defendants
failed to disclose that Benlysta was associated with suicide in clinical
drug trials conducted by HGSI. The Complaint alleges that when the U.S.
Food
and Drug Administration posted its analysis of Benlysta on the Internet
on
November 12, 2010, investors learned for the first time of the
association
between Benlysta and suicide in clinical trials, causing HGSI's common
stock
price to fall. Meanwhile, the Complaint alleges, during the Class
Period,
HGSI sold over 44 million shares of its common stock in public offerings
at
artificially inflated prices, receiving $850 million in net proceeds.

发帖数: 783 | 13 看看现在HGSI benlysta的sale情况，3月份批的，批后的一个q卖了7.8M，再接下来一
个q 卖18.8
每个季度基本上都是80＋M 的loss，目前这种状况没法支撑1.5B cap.
卖药的趋势要看每个季度的报告，而且这种launch基调一定，很难突变。目前最多就是
短时超跌，反弹一点。。。我看要不是跌的实在是太便宜，还是不要贸然进入。。 | J********e

反弹。如果基本面看好他，等开始反弹了再买吧。
还不如cash out赌TSPT FDA不过。
