portion of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011 at
9:00 a.m. Central Time (10:00 a.m. Eastern Time).
The webcast will include presentations by Ray Leonard, President and Chief
Executive Officer; Jason Davis, Director of Finance and Treasurer; Steve
Barrett, Vice President of Exploration; and Michael Palmer, Vice President
of Operations.
The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session. Those
not planning to attend the Annual Meeting may submit questions in advance
through the website to be answered during the meeting. Please submit
questions at least 24 hours before the meeting begins at http://www.hyperdynamics.com/askquestion.htm.
A replay of the webcast will be available shortly after the presentation
concludes in the Investor Relations section of Hyperdynamics' website. There
