标 题: 名菜呢?问一个报税的问题

去年的税是在今年415报的，今年第二年盈利是不是不能再拖到415了，要先报一个
estimate吧？是在115之前报就可以了,还是要一个季度报一次啊？我7月份忘了今天刚
想起来。有什么相关文件？我去年找报税公司还弄错了，今年准备自己搞了，觉得很麻
烦，谁给指点一下，谢谢！ |

发帖数: 778 | 2 你要是在学校有工作应该不用现在交,会自动从你的工资里出一部分,除非你今年赚了很多很多钱
但是你如果只是股票投资的税要满足两个条件才交
You must pay estimated tax for 2010 if both of the following apply.
You expect to owe at least $1,000 in tax for 2010 after subtracting your
withholding and credits.
You expect your withholding and credits to be less than the smaller of;90%
of the tax to be shown on your 2010 tax return, or
100% of the tax shown on your 2009 tax return. Your 2008 tax return must
cover all 12 months. |

你可以给他们打电话 或者买个软件 |

发帖数: 10616 | 5 上次买一个软件不会用，然后找保税公司帮我报了15%，其实应该是30%的，也没有来找我，不过好象听说115之前都可以。
