easiest: Xing's AudioCatalyst, all in one.
middle: AudioGrabber + Fraunhofer MP3 encoder driver
with this set, you may have fine control on audio
grabbing and mp3 encoding quality.
tough (and clumsy):
cdburner (using its save track) + encoder/Cooledit
Cooledit have the most powerful control on mp3 encoding
quality control; while cdburner's track reading has a
relatively stronger error-correcting ability.
