something from Ebay.
as a buyer, first you will check the seller's review first, while as a
seller, you will check if the buyer have a confirmed paypal account and even
that you need to get your payment clear before your send out your products.
Based on this, he may open an Ebay and an confirmed paypal account first. He
starts from zero, so he may sell some small cheap stuff to get a good
feedback first (He can sacrifice his profit or even lost some money to gain
a good feedback rate). Then he may need some seller insurance depending on
how much of the products and require signatures for expensive products. For
some products, you may list them as buy it now (which seems more and more
popular), for some products, you may put it in auction (but he may need to
choose closing time carefully, e.g., for football tickets, you'd better
choose closing time to be between 8PM-11PM because if you choose 3PM or 3AM,
not many ppl will pay attention to your list at that time. Typically, last
a few mins, wonder will happen:)
