Special Event In-Memory-of-Andy

Fremont, CA 94539
Please use the parking lot entrance from Palm Avenue.
Andy's family will be there. We will arrange activities in memory of
Andy. We then will play soccer, Andy wants us to play.
Regarding Donation - Several Options:

Option 1: Please send check directly to Andy's wife - Payable to Holly
Tao, mail to Holly Tao, 3056 Castro Valley Blvd. #75, Castro Valley,
CA 94546
Option 2: You can also send donation via Paypal to Holly's Paypal
account, email address is: d*******[email protected] Please note: select
money owed so that there will be no Paypal fee.
Option 3: Cash - if your group collect donation in cash, it's
preferrable that your group leader collect cash then give to one
person, then write a check to Holly, use Option 1 payable and address
information. Meanwhile, WildGeese will setup donation box in both
01/21 and 01/22 events, we will help Andy's family collect check and
cash donation.
Option 4: For continuous and long term effort, we are setting up a
trust fund account with help from CMAIN.ORG, 海外华人互助会，detail
information should be available very soon.
