but Ruby has AT&T now. In order for iPhone to work is any AT&T SIM card will
work? Or she has sign up for the data plan for iphone?

她如果需要3g上网,可以另买data plan

ta plan也应该能打电话。sign up data plan对iphone来说可能更make sense一点。
你如果verizon contract没到期，craigslist上卖掉也行，好像3g也还能卖到好几百呢

iPhone. I still want to keep it, I guess Ruby can use it since she has AT&T,
so who can unlock it? Does that has any side affects after unlocking?

power on show pine apple instead of apple, your iphone is already jail
