is still locked with AT&T. The upside of jail-break over unlock is that you
can remove jail-break before claiming warranty.
If you intend to use iPhone with AT&T, that is the way to go.

jail it yourself if you don't mind
the two years' contrast w/ att. At least your iPhone would still be
protected w/ warrantee that way.

cnotract with other carrier. I tried it, it is unlocked and brand new, I
like it.
