when u get a flu/cold whatever infectious
after a day's sick leave u feel better
but still coughing / sneezing
is it better to WFH or take sick leave?
our company only has 10 days' sick leave per year
and normally the doctor will suggest 4 days' WFH/rest to avoid spreading out
the virus/bacteria
but my company doesn't like ppl to WFH
and i see my boss and other co-workers sti |

貌似只要manager同意就行。 |

i run out of sick leave and have to take PTO last year, for the waiting
period of STD.

will be taken before that kicks in, which sucks...

not to come to the office.
Most companies nowadays accept WFH in this case. |

我的公司也很松,提前给group和manager发个email
就说要WFH,连会计也不过,根本没记录
