Researcher or Professor, having been previously denied by USCIS. We signed
the contract for a new filing just before the September 30 deadline for China/
India green cards, so we knew the case was time-critical. We sent out the
filing just before the deadline and eventually received an RFE from the
Nebraska Service Center. We then took our time to compile a response brief
