发帖数: 19210 | 5 写报告以前，首先我要感谢孩子她妈对我玩“小三”的大力支持。每周4个晚上都去游
泳训练，留孩子她妈在家给孩子洗澡，读书，哄睡觉。周二还要去马拉松培训班跑步，
跑完了也是孩子她妈带着孩子开车来接我（本可骑车回家，但她妈怕天黑不安全）。去
参加比赛时，孩子她妈挺着大肚子，带着胖妞，一边给我呐喊助威，一边还要给我拍照
。一场比赛下来，她比我还累！真是辛苦了！
同时也要感谢胖妞爷爷奶奶的支持，在家里留守做后勤工作。
今天的比赛在湖边度假村Lakeside Resort（Waterloo 和 London之间）进行。这是我
继上周末Wasaga Beach短距离三项赛初试牛刀后的新一个目标 - 奥运距离三项赛，暨
游泳1500米，自行车40公里，跑步10公里。今天的三项赛也是安大略省本年度的季末赛
，下次比赛得等到来年开春了。
1500 米游泳在Sunova湖里游，因为湖小，所以得游两圈，每圈750米。今天早上从
Waterloo朋友家赶过来，已经快8点了，可气温还只有8.5度。于是听见race director
在高音喇叭里通知今天的比赛是wetsuit mandatory（就是必须穿“狒狒服” |

ahead of me are on their tri bikes. But not sure how much time I would gain
for a 40km ride. 90km in half iron would make more sense, right?
I still wanna improve my swim, finishing bottom 10 is a bit embarrassing. I
got the whole fall and winter to work on it.

发帖数: 9604 | 8 我觉得1/2IM和IM的比赛可以体现出tri bike的优势，不过如果在olympic以及更短的赛
程中用tri bike，由于赛程过短选手太多，感觉就像在一段多车的高速公路上用cruise
control，总是不能一直用下去。我同意老铁的意见，既然下一步是半铁和全铁，就再
买个新玩具好了。

真正让我掉下巴的是游泳成绩，
2个星期时间从750m 25分到1500m 41分，
唯一的解释就是身体素质了。。。 |

发帖数: 19210 | 18 "我认为他还没尽力" ， 可能是没有尽力，有人已经指出我骑完车后笑得太灿烂，一
点儿没有suffer的表现。（一周前我骑完车后小腿都抽筋了。）
游泳的进步得益于放松了，注意到了每个stroke，因此效率也高一些吧。

it's retailed at 4700 CAD here for P3 with Shimano Dura-Ace 7900.
