一般只打小tournament的话，积累points很慢，一个比赛的points是固定的，比如你玩
10+1的一个比赛，只挣7点(entry fee $1 times 7)。cash games快很多，每把不管你
进没有，只要别人玩，有rake，全桌人都有points。
