Texas Hold'em has been ruled a game of skill by Judge Thomas A. James Jr. in
Columbia County Pennsylvania last Friday, which means poker is not gambling
under Pennsylvania state law. It could help other cases in the U.S. arguing
for the legality of poker as a game of skill, and signal the willingness of
the legal system to perceive poker in a different light- one which the

是所有钱相关的游戏。事实上，金钱相关的poker, 桥牌，围棋, 双陆或者相关的智力
竞技不应该被视为赌博，而应该被视为技巧游戏。

却不能在自家车库里玩几十块钱的扑克。。
说白了就是，你可以把大把的钱送给那些操纵市场的金融大鳄寡头，
却不能输十几块钱给隔壁的退伍老兵
