The raise is suspiciously small.
AQ is very hard to play in such a situation mainly because the hand strength
is very poorly defined and you are out of position. If you raise UTG and
got reraised, you got a better idea what to do.
As played, I think you have to call down.

hands.

1) to test button's action or isolate him out if he hit nothing;
2) if i call here with $20, button might call as well (if he hit with A rag);
3) if BB is truly as you described as a good/tight player(he would have AT+)
, your raise would be a good test for his strength too.
4) another reason why i like to raise $20 here is if you call $20 here, you
may very likely have to call another $20+ on the turn without much info.

push you out with pocket pairs.What do you put him anyway? Only reasonable
hand you are beat is AK as I see it.
