normal table, i was ready to go home...
1 wild guy (made a stupid total $400 bluff since pre-flop with nothing and
hit old tight guy's AA). i wiped the rest of his $150 with a nuts flush when
he moved all-in with only a top pair(T). BUT he's indeed wild loose
aggressive. he went out for a while and came back with $200, made a few
hands and looked like back to normal now.
1 new "look-like-tough" guy with buy-in $300, played a few medium hands,
made $100 easy money.
then this hand:

limpers, and you raise to 3BB, you are just inviting them to call you, but
your hand is not a big pot hand even it's suited. It also doesn't play well
in multiway pot. Your little raise didn't do anything, it didn't define your
hand well, it built up a pot that your hand isn't good for and it didn't
limited the field. You need to raise it big, 3.5BB + 1BB per limper is the
standard online raise, I assume you need to raise a li

he won't raise if he has AK, not to mention A small.
the other guy should just claim he is holding A,
and it's an invitation bet for all in.
if it's online game, i will call.

| f*****g 发帖数: 15860 | 4 well, i got the same hand AhQh an hour ago and rasied to $10, hit nut flush
and wiped out the wild guy once. this time i did want to mix up and invite a
few limpers to add $4 more bucks each to the pot (90% of time they'll do in
small 1/2 games).
if i hit a good flop (very likely), i could try to stop the game there with
a standard $25-30 or so bet, or at least reduce field to 1-2 players. if i
hit heavy resistence, (even i fold), it's only $4 minimum loss for me.
investment/return is not bad, a

| m*****i 发帖数: 1873 | | m*****i 发帖数: 1873 | 6 you made two mistake,
1. bf flop your bet is too small to get any information or kick off player
2. you should bet out of the position on the flop not just check , then you
have no information later, if you bet out first , you will get the pot right
there I think, and nothing special will happen later.
your AQ is not worth to slow play out of position.

| f*****g 发帖数: 15860 | 8 hehe, maybe we're on two diff. thought trains.
1. i didn't want to kick out anybody. i only wanted to sweeten the pot, the
more $6 callers, the happier i was. my intention was to build a $30 or so
pot first and then for me to collect when i hit something on the flop. i
didn't want to bet $20+ in MP just to scare my potential weak-but-like-to-
see-flop "customers" away (and won $1+$2 bucks?), and keep those really
having a hand in. i didn't want to bet anything between $6 and $20 either,
because

| p*t 发帖数: 275 | 9 I'll fold... your hand is not likely to improve, and he could already have
you beat big time with a set or straight. He may semi-bluff on a gutshot
straight draw but your investment is not big yet.. and the tight guy could
reraise if he actually has a monster hand... you're out of position.
