Basically this is how I make my trade decisions when there is an material
event:
First I examine the magnitude of the problem, in this case not big according
to the company.
Secondly and more importantly I look at the market reaction through charts
since I believe there are always some people who know more than
the public. If the chart says it is time to buy, I am going to buy it.
This is the reason I bought it today.
I may sell it if there is a sell signal from the char
