Davis Medical Center, Arden Faire Mall, and State offices and businesses in
Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, and Folsom.
Existing tenants (a single young male a single young female) are both
students with full-time employment. Looking for well mannered, quiet, non-
smoking working professionals or students. One room available now, the
other room available June 1 (tenant lease expires May 31. Unwilling to renew
his lease). Prefer combinations of two males, two females as the
prospective tenants will share one bathroom. Can work out a super good deal
