There was a video floating around the internet earlier today that mentioned
a track editor in the upcoming Gran Turismo 5. The video needs to be
translated and only had rough translation available elsewhere, so nobody was
really sure about it being true or not.
Well E4G has taken the time to email Polyphony to get a confirmation and has
