alligator, sounds like you have done a lot of remote sensing work.
so if I want to get into a program dedicated to remote sensing/hyper
spectrum imaging, any recommendation about the university/program?
The stuff I have been working with
optical data storage
adaptive optics
near infared spectrometer
a little bit lens design
mid IR imaging
compressive sensing
I'd love to get my hands on in the future
remote sensing
hyper-spectrum imaging
imaging processing

遥感主要几种：
陆地（土壤 森林）
海洋（可见光水色卫星 红外海面温度（SST) 以及微波雷达SAR 等）
行星（包括expo)
看你的兴趣在哪 各校各有些强项

I noticed that a lot of university's remote sensing program is in
environment science or GIS. I am really not interested in those
how about UIUC ece? they have a remote sensing group.
what do you think?

UIUC的不清楚
我认为U AZ的光学中心摊子大 文章也很猛
另外jhu的APL也不错 不过好像有国籍限制

the applied physics labs in PSU, u washington (seattle) and Johj hopkings
are quite secreative
they are always recruiting optics engineer, the problem is citizenship and
clearance. :(
