Advice to investors.
My suggestion is that you should submit multiple offers for the properties
that you like with the price you think they are good deals. You never know
when you will get it.
I submitted several offers for one investor. Suddenly all banks responded in
the same week. Then my client can pick what they like.
Never be afraid to submit an low offer. Maybe the seller is going to
foreclosure and you can get a good deal with short closing period.
