就是窝棚和豪宅的比较。Stonebridge is one of popular TH in north potomac,
which most of them have living area only 1200 sq feet, not include basement.
The average price are around 380,000.不过有小孩，那就再想想该怎么办。
个人觉得在north potomac买个50万左右的小single family house，倒是个不错的选择。
