INFO: Cream was one of the first bands to flirt with heavy and psychedelic
music. With strong roots in blues music they took the next leap to create a
path for many bands to come later on in the 70s. Through Eric Clapton's
virtuosity, Jack Bruce's timing and Ginger Baker's improvisation the band
managed to create a sound that was outstanding but still relatable to
contemporary music at the time. A sweet spot they managed to hit over and
over again with their records.
