only took about 2 min. I did not feel
uncomfortable. But the doctor told me that I may have some spotting. Then I
found the spotting during the
day, not much though, one 护垫 was enough. The second IUI on the next day
took about 10 min. The doctor
tried a few 细管：from the mild one to the tougher ones. She said that my
cervix is closed very tight. After she

我觉得最大的可能是你cervix被刮伤造成的，你刚trigger完不可能是月经。
我的内膜开始也薄，后来医生开了雌激素（阴道用），trigger 前一天开始用到怀孕测

doctor about progesterone this time and I was told by my doctor that 90% of
people do not need to use progesterone for IUI, and it normally is used for
the IVF. But what if I am the 10% who need to use progesterone?
Yeah, the uterus lining is my big concern for clomid treatment. For my first
cycle, I only got 4.6 on the day before the ovidrel trigger day. But this
second cycle is much better. the lining is 5.4 on day3, 4.6 on |

spotting就该给诊所打电话了，最坏的情况就是感染。 如果没有感染只是医生操作造
成spotting应该不会影响成功率。 祝你好运！ |

trigger前一天开始用的。据说clomid会抑制雌激素，所以会让内膜变薄。
IUI之后的第二天早上开始用的prometrium （因该算是progestrone），是孕激素。我
一开始到后来都没查果孕激素水平，估计他们要求IUI每个人都用prometrium.

day1开始，整个过程stress me out.
Now, it is 2ww.

doctor next time if I failed.
yeah, you are right: prometrium is progesterone (from google: Prometrium is
basically a progesterone
supplement sometimes used in conjunction with estrogen supplements but not
to be used while you're
pregnant or nursing. This is because of the inconclusive evidence regarding
its effects on a developing baby.

suppository 4 days after IUI and got my first blood HCG test positive 14dpo
. My doctor suggested to use progesterone suppository 3 days after IUI b/c
he thinks early use of progesterone increases the percentage of tubal
pregnancy. FYI and wish you best of luck. |

worried too much.
I did not know the side effects of progesterone on tubal pregnancy. I will
