according to strict/kruger criteria, which is at the low end (but according
to WHO criteria, the sperm morphology is normal). Then his sperm was washed
according to normal IVF preparation, and put in a nutritional culture for 24
hours. Only 5% survived. The doctor said the survival rate is expected to
be 70%. This is too low and recommended us to try IVF+ICSI because the
