some of the JMs on this board said no exercise during satimulation. my RE
recommended so too. Why is that? for me exercise helps me de-stress and
relax. I know i am not supposed to exercise post transfer but i am not
understanding why one cann't do it during stimulation.

mt doc said no. it may cause the enlarged ovaries to twist if you
bounce up and down too much.
其实exercise根transfer本身关系不大，主要是怕 ovaries吧。
