I ask what protocol are you on? what are your stimulation drugs? My
doctor is going to try a different protocol this time - microdose lupron. I
will be on birth control pills for 2 weeks. after that i will start
microdose lupron around mid Nov and then stims and expect ER sometime end of
the month. in general i am a poor reponder. you had 14 - thats great.
the most I got was 6. i am 37 :(

lupron + low dose Gona-f；
这次cycle先吃避孕药21天，overlap 10 units lupron with bcp for 5 days;
continue lupron 10 units until the baseline day.
我对经历了四次失败的fresh IVF (local NJ clinics), 每次促卵药反映强烈，剂量小
些倒是有帮助。
* 10/18 Baseline（day3)： FSH 4.7； E2 32； lining thin enough; u/s shows 5-
6 Antral Follicle Counts on each side of ovary.

me 300 Follistim and 300 Menopur, both are very large dosage. you only had
7 day stimulation? For the past cycles I believe I had at least 12 day
stimulation and I was still not responding well...sigh. Wish you the best
luck this cycle. |

message and they will call back the same day. If i need to spe4ak to the
doctor i would leave a message to the secretary and the doctor normally call
back in the evening time. in general i am satisfied with the service. |

am also a poor responder and had a failed IVF cycle. I consulted two doctors
and both suggest to use microdose Lupron protocol for next cycle. Aybaby's
situation is different than us. She has quick response to stimulation drugs
but not for us. You should listen to your doctor's instruction. Good luck
this time!
