Thanks in advance!
I am interesting in The Kaiser Permanente Centers for Reproductive Health.
From their website, they need membership and fee. Do them accept any health
insurance?

Why Kaiser?
I like Kaiser but it is quite expensive as it only provides single cycle.
There are someothers which have the similar sucess rate but more flexible
opitons. However, it seems that Kaiser has the highest sucess rate on the
frozen embyro transfer.
