have functions in regulation of T cell activities.
My work is to characterize the mechanism of this protein mediated signaling
pathway. Of course the first step I did was yeast two-hybrid, but I did not
find anything interesting. Part of the reason is the binding to other
proteins maybe dependent on Tyrosine phosphorylation.
I also did the cytoplasmic tail protein sequence analysis using Scansite and
ELM. Are there any b |

发帖数: 1786 | 6 I feel Y2H may not be the first choice for finding interacting partner of a
given protein now. affinity purification followed by Mass Spec may be a
better choice. since it is easier, more sensitive, having all the
modification intact. about prediction, I rember a Chinese group published a
Nature or Science paper (could be ABA receptor), another group question this
result, in their response, they list many prediction programs, claiming
different programs give different results.

protocols on line from website such as current protocols or just by google.
