as of March 1, 2008.
There has been almost a year’s progress in the EB-2 category for China.
The cut-off date is now
December 2003---last month it was January 2003.
For Indian nationals, however, the Visa Bulletin still indicates “U” which
means that no Visa Numbers are
available at all. This means that no new I-485s can be filed by EB-2
Indians regardless of their Priority
Date, and no pending I-485s will be approved |
