标 题: 小破房bidding war歸來

好區裡中小區六十年老屋, 1200sqft, 2bed 1 bath, 1 garage, neighborhood 裡最小
的房, 屋頂還沒漏但已壽終, wood floor要磨過翻新, dated kitchen and bath, oil
heat,
對那廚房很不滿意, 又小又暗, sink & oven 位置都很奇怪, cabinet & floor是塑料
, 全改應該也要2w吧.....
特討厭oil heat, 為此淘汰不知多少房子了, 改成gas大約要1w.
roof maybe $7000.
但老公喜歡, 覺得這樣的區算好價錢, 我呢爛區好區也看房看到要吐了, 所有理想堅持
都在變色, 也就依他了, 不然要吵架啦.....
zillow估價$41w8, asking $41w8, 下offer前已聽說有其他四個, 跟agent商量之後
offer: $1k more than the highest offer but up to $43w2.
agent認為$43w5就over price了. 我覺得當初下offer因為覺得區不錯(but not the
best)價錢OK才下, 要再多下了就沒意義了, 堅持$43w2. agent & LG面有難色...但依
了我.
結果小破房總共收到11個offers. 對方說有幾個比我們高"quite a bit".
