crazy like 2007.
now yet again, feels not that hot again. (seasonal cycle in bar area that
big?)
BTW, couple of special cases:
1. several weeks ago, one house (meets our requirement) started listing with
pending status. We don't even got a chance
2. another one: listed on Saturday evening, we immediately drove to take a
lot (cannot get in though), even no "for sell" sign yet - Sunday morning,
pending
what's going on? How to get listing info a little earlier?
