我觉得很对. 让人过日子,就行了,你讨厌犹太人也好
讨厌同性恋也好都是正常的,没人非逼你喜欢他.
天下人那么多,咱喜欢的过来吗. 还有人不喜欢我呢
我也不爽,那不照样活.应该惩罚的是那些三K党的,枪杀犹太人的,
或者把同性恋拖车后头拖死的. 那些才真叫RACISTS.
还有讨厌的就是动不动给人扣大帽子的
(咱们这吵吵架办办DUCATI不算). 比如我们校报上一篇非常好的
COLUMN说"大部分同性恋其实就想安安静静的过日子,
可是另外一部分同性恋不这么认为.他们要求政府或机构拨钱出来
让他们宣传他们的性趋向.他们动辄指责别人歧视或仇视同性恋.
他们搞的各种游行示威活动
让你对他们有所畏惧,甚至开始为自己是个异性恋感到
不适. 这些行动其实使另一部分安静的同性恋都感到尴尬 | a****n

Opinions definitely affect actions. You quote is a good example.
I don't think Gay people will agree with the quote..
All the discriminated wanted to lead peaceful lives : Jews,
Blacks.. But it is up to those who spoke out to gurantee
them what they wanted. Especially, under democracy, which by
default is prone to sarcrafice the monorities and the weak.
The only thing that can give hope to minorities is by
educating the majority, changing the majority's opinions..
Thus is the importance of all

is not racism or anti-semitism or anti-homosexual,
but political correctness. or even
these are not big problems, the real problem is
to have real improvements, like improving economical
status and protecting the rights of these weaker (quote "e
haha) groups. i don't see how stopping innocent people
saying things you don't like to hear can achieve that.
you believe it can. may be you are right. i don't know.
