"Insomnia" and "Late Marriage."
The new Christopher Nolan film, "Insomnia," began life as a Norwegian
film of the same name, made in 1997. In adapting the movie for the
American market, Warner Bros. had to find a new setting. Norway was out,
but what was in? The story calls for something remote, unapproachable
yet frostily compelling, like Nicole Kidman's smile. In the end, the
studio plumped for Alaska, and a singular sight it is, too; as the

even can talk with the cast of the film face to face, two yrs ago, i saw the
director and the actors of almost famous.
