Thursday night was such a disheartening night in terms of Boston sports that
I just wanted to erase it from my memory. Yes, I would have if I could have.
The Sox had the last game of the series against the Angles in the afternoon.
The #5 starter Brad Penny and his relievers had a decent game, but the
offense just couldn't step up. They left 17 men on base in a 4-5 extra
