from Triple-A Sacramento to fill in for Rich Harden Tuesday,
according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Halsey was peeved over
the decision, saying that the reason the A's didn't call him up
was because they found out he was scheduled for an MRI this week.
The lefty said he repeatedly told the A's all spring he needed an MRI,
