asks for birth certificate, which must be issued by the appropriate civil
authority showing timely registration, date and place of birth, and parents'
names. Along with that there should be a translation. I initially submitted a
notarized document showing my birth date, place and my parent’s names, which
is very similar to most of our Chinese people’s. Unfortunately, I don't have
a certificate like many people born in 70 |
