WILLIAMS: The sexuality was a bit blurry, but I think that the gay part of it
was definitely closeted. I was gay, but I didn't really talk about it too much
unless I got to know somebody well enough and how they felt about it. There
was a bit of a macho thing going on in the scene for a while, and then more
and more people just started being open about it.
ALMOND: At the Batcave there was more emphasis on how you looked. People were
