I just got back from my local Home Depot getting some supplies to redo my
bathroom.
They had an in-store special on 12 x 12 Marazzi Earth Sand Ceramic Tile @ 68
cents/sqft. That comes to $10.88/case (16 tiles per case).

I bought 15 cases, enough to do my three bathrooms and a new shower install.
Use a Lowes 10% moving coupon (from USPS), to bring it down to 62 cents/
sqft.
Pretty good when most clearance tile is $1.00/sqft and regular tile is $2-$5
/sqft.
