They are selling new, open box and demos so your YMMV on what you find.
They had several at the Fountain Valley store this morning. Other area
stores listed stock, but check before you drive. I purchased one that was
new in the box and they had a few more.
I tried to price match at my local Sears first to save some drive time and
maybe get 110% match, but they refused. I went all the way to the Sears
store manager. After they called Fry's to confirm new inventory they still
turned me down. I made the drive and have my TV up an running. BTW
manufacture date was November 2011 so all it need was a firmware update and
it works great!
