Pretty self explanatory. Go to www.express.com and a pop up should appear
offering you 15% off after subscribing to their emails with a new email
address.
Dont fret if you dont see a pop up. In the bottom left area of the page
there is a place to type in your email address and below the box it says
save 15% on your first purchase.
I already have an account on another email, i signed up with a different
addy and got their 15% email immediately.
