thought was a great deal. I was in search of a 7 bone prime rib, Costco (
San Jose, CA on Automation Pkwy) had the "choice" grade out on display, I
asked the butcher if he had any "prime" grade, he checked in the back and
came out with one. It was marked "Beef Ribeye Whole Bone In Prime" @ $10.59
