I just got done with online chat support and they reduced my bill from $46.
90 to $25(both are before taxes). I simply told them I was looking for a way
to lower my bill for an account that was in good standing.
BEFORE:
Economy Internet - $26.95
Limited Basic Cable - $19.95
AFTER:
Economy Internet + Limited Basic Cable - $25.00
I do own my own modem, so I also save $5/month that way as well. I am also
an existing customer with no late payments since start of service in May
2010. I am located in Lancaster, PA. I thought this was a good deal and
wanted to pass on the possible savings.
