For those of you who took part in ordering the 42" Sharp television on Black
Friday night from Best Buy's mobile site for $199.99 and had your orders
canceled there is still a glimmer of hope.
After having my order canceled I descided it was OK to contact customer
service since they had already caught on to the mistake. After making
several phone calls I got in touch with the corporate offices: 612-291-1000.
I explained the situation and the representative got in touch with some
advanced customer service rep and they offered me the following deal...

Which I think is a better TV than the Sharp!
Needless to say I jumped on the deal and it is being delivered to my house
on 12/14!
Once again this is very very YMMV, I think the key is to get a good service
rep, as it always is.
