merchandise sale today in their Ultimate Rewards program; several other
threads feature deals. Their servers are not handling the traffic well and
it's difficult to get on and order. I called Chase and they know about the
issue. When I asked if they were able to offer anything for the
inconvenience, the representative offered me 2500 bonus points or a $25
value for the difficulty. The representatives can only redeem for gift
cards or cash back (statement credit), not order merchandise. It might be
worth a few minutes of your time to call. Check the number on the back of
your card, on my card it's 1-800-524-3880.
