In by book this is a great deal, last time they had something like it we
purchased quite a bit of clothing. The clearance items make especially good
deals, and I got a sport-coat for $18, a sweater for $7.
Regular priced items also come roughly 50% discounted off of the factory
price, which is usually lower than the regular store price.

Unfortunately it doesn't work at all if you use Google Chrome. In Internet
Explorer 9 I was able to performed a search using "Filters & Options" to
select factory stores only, but initially it produced no results. After I
clicked randomly on the page it returned the results.
An alternative store list would be of the factory stores that participate on
Black Friday, but I'm not sure if there are all the factory stores there:

The fine print
It says that is available at all the factory stores, including Puerto Rico,
not available at the regular Banana Republic stores.
I can confirm from previous experience how this deal works: first they will
take the 40% off everything and then in the end they will take again 15% off
of the amount due, so not of the initial price but of the already
discounted price. The total discount amounts to exactly 49%, as 15% of the
discounted price is actually 9% of the initial price.
