In case anybody might interested, but couldn't get in on it when OP posted.
Mods please merge/update/edit/whatever yall do. Just creating this cause

Click link in OP's post
Under Device Compatibility, click "Select device" link
In the Search Device field, type ipad
Click "See more devices" link
Click "Apple iPad with Wi-Fi and MiFi 2200 Hotspot" link
In the top right search, in the red verizon banner, type folio case
Scroll to find and click on "Folio Case - Molded Back, Black Leather" link
The "Add to Cart" button should now appear
