These bad boys are back on sale again online at Costco.com. I picked this
same set up myself when they were on sale for this price. For reference I
own Henckles, Shuns, and Global knife sets. These Sabers are my go to knives
most of the time unless I'm trying to impress someone with my Shuns since
they are bit prettier.
For the price point, these are the best knives I've seen or used. My Shun
kaji's are "better" in that they have lifetime warranty, stay bit sharper
longer, and are flashier, but these will get the job done and done well.
This is my personal review. I was originally skeptical of buying these the
first time, but I'm glad I did.
If you are not a Costco member you can still purchase these online but have
to pay a little extra on top.
