, can be ordered online too.
Now the $23AR price is a serious YMMV deal, in fact, I'm not even sure if I'
ll be able to pull it off and I wanted to get your thoughts and experiences
on this...
Newegg has the EXACT same RAM for $68, here Link:

As we all should know, Fry's now price matches certain online shops, Newegg
is one of them... and I believe the price match is B&M only. Anyway, if we
can get them to price match the $85 down to $68 AND also get the $45 rebate,
you got yourself 8GB for $23 +tax.
I tried to get them to price match it, and even though the purchase order
AND receipt both show the $85 price, the guy at the counter refused to price
match it because he said Fry's is still cheaper due to the after rebate
price. That argument can go either way, I have read success stories like
this on other forums, so you might get a sales person who will do the price
match... YMMV.
I unfortunately didn't get a sales person that price matched today when I
went in, BUT, if say next week, on 7-15, when the rebate no longer exists at
Fry's, and Newegg (or some other online retailer) still has a $68 price, I'
m thinking I can still go in and get the $85 price matched down to $68 (or
whatever price) because the Fry's price match policy is good for 30 days
after purchase. Also, nowhere on the Fry's receipt does it say there is a
rebate. What do you guys think? Any experience with this?
