Select 'Flexible on Dates' to get the best price. The biggest downside I
saw is that there are 2 stops (NYC and Istanbul) and some long layovers, but
this is the absolute cheapest I've ever seen to East Africa.

for long layovers - on top of the free hotel they should provide. I
believe they provide a free hotel for over 12 hours, but it may be less than
that.
