Regularly $9.99 - It allows editing, creation, connecting to Dropbox, Google
Docs, Box, MobileMe, Huddle, and SugarSync. You can both save to these

I love it personally, and I paid a lot more than $2.99 to get it.
This is not the Android tablet version - That one is Quick Office HD. This
works on lower end Android phones as well - Documents to Go can be hit or
miss on that end.
